The EID Council serves as an advisory group to the VCFA on matters related to the EID Initiative. Among other responsibilities, the Council researches and provides information on new, innovative ideas and best practices for engagement, inclusion and diversity, identifies barriers and solutions to improving recruitment and advanacement of employees, and recommends opportunities to build competencies across the VCFA units.
Reporting to the VCFA, the EID Council consists of representatives from each of the VCFA units.
