UW-Madison Alcohol Policy Recommendations
A task force of faculty, staff and students is recommending new policies on alcohol service at UW-Madison events. The task force developed its policy recommendations after conducting the most comprehensive review of UW-Madison's alcohol policies and procedures in many years. The task force has forwarded its recommendations to Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration Darrell Bazzell. The recommendations have been reviewed with campus governance groups and other stakeholders.

Update, August 28, 2013: The review of campus alcohol policies is continuing through the 2013 Fall Semester. Additional information will be shared with the campus community this fall. Any policy changes would not take effect until January 2014. Until then, current policies remain in effect.
