Welcome to the APR Project

The Administrative Process Redesign (APR) project provides our campus with a framework for efficiency, improving how we do business and changing how we interact with one another. It was initiated in response to tighter administrative budgets, pending staff retirements and on-going technological changes. We've harnessed expertise from within the university to address these problems in new ways and to develop lasting solutions that satisfy our customers.

APR is about teamwork, building a better university and creating a better future. We'll accomplish these goals by inclusively and transparently engaging our campus community. We welcome your comments and questions.
